About This Plan

This house has a split level plan with a handsome exterior façade and plenty of interior room to expand and grow. The front covered porch, brick, board and batten, siding and interesting roof lines combine beautifully with the interior floor plan which offers three bedrooms, two plus bathrooms and a two car garage (garage not included in heated square feet) in approximately 1,800 square feet. The open foyer leads upstairs into the vaulted family room measuring 14’x 19’, holds a rear wall fireplace and has access to the rear deck and kitchen area.
