What's not included: House plans do not typically include mechanical, plumbing, or truss drawings. Additionally, some jurisdictions require a local architect or engineer to make adjustments to the plan to comply with local building codes. We advise you to check with your local building department regarding codes. For more information, visit the What's Included in Our Plans page.
This traditional Ranch floor plan features 1,678 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two baths. An unfinished basement foundation would add an additional 933 square feet of living space and fully expand the home; this space could function as a workshop, in-law or teen-ager suite. There is a two car drive under garage as well making this home versatile and comfortable for a large and active family. The exterior façade of the home features traditional design options comprised of brick and stone along with two beautiful bay window accents which give the home a country flair. The rocking chair porch is covered and presents an inviting space in which to relax or greet family and guests. The vaulted family room is spacious with a cozy fireplace and leads to the formal dining room with a triple bay window and a 9’ceiling height. The country kitchen anchors the dining room and casual breakfast room and they both have 9’ ceiling heights as well which expands the space nicely. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, separate pantry and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. There is access to the rear porch off the breakfast room which is ideal for dining al fresco during mild weather. The family laundry room sits off the breakfast room for convenience. The second bedroom has ample closet space while the third features a walk-in closet. A shared hall bath and linen closet are adjacent to the two bedrooms. The master suite is situated at the opposite end of the hallway and offers an oversized master bedroom with a triple bay window. The master bath is luxurious and highlighted by dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub, linen closet and a compartmentalized toilet. The master walk-in closet sits at the rear of the bath for privacy. This popular single story home has a traditional floor plan with room for expansion and an inviting exterior façade.
