About This Plan

This narrow lot house plan has a traditional exterior façade full of complementary architectural features. A triple window dormer, a brick and siding central wall feature and two front covered porches combine for an alluring and inviting presence. There are 1,708 square feet of living space in the home which includes three bedrooms and two plus bathroom. A front covered porch leads into the vaulted foyer which houses the side staircase to the second story of the home. The family room is quite large, has a handsome fireplace and provides access to the rear covered porch. The rear entry, two car garage is situated off the kitchen and breakfast room. The family friendly kitchen has loads of counter and cabinet space and there is access to the additional front covered porch. A separate pantry sits off the casual breakfast room. The formal dining room is adjacent to the breakfast room and provides wonderful window views to the front yard. A powder room with linen closet along with a coat closet completes the first floor of the home. Open railing and a balcony overlook into the foyer highlight the second story landing along with family space. The laundry room is situated on the second floor as well for ease and convenience. Bedrooms two and three are spacious; each has ample closet space, and there is a shared hall bath and linen closet. The master suite is elegant and features a spacious bedroom with trey ceiling. Dual vanities, a garden tub, separate shower and private toilet area are highlighted in the master bath while a large walk-in closet sits at the rear of the space for privacy. This traditional home and floor plan offers great entertaining space and plenty of private family spaces creating a comfortable family home.
