About This Plan

This traditional Ranch home features great entertaining space and a split bedroom plan. The interior floor plan has approximately 2,000 square feet of living space and an unfinished basement option would mirror the square footage of the main level. The exterior of the home is charming with brick and siding along with a covered front porch highlighted by brick supported beams with arches. The front porch provides access into the foyer with 11’ ceilings which is open to the dining room and family room. The formal dining room has column detailing, 9’ ceilings and is quite spacious. The family room is enormous with a rear wall fireplace flanked by picturesque window views.
