Two front porches and traditional design elements are featured in this house plan. Board and batten, shakes, siding and stonework combine beautifully to create a gorgeous exterior façade. The interior floor plan features approximately 1,800 square which include three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The unfinished basement option increases the home’s versatility and value by adding an additional 843 square feet to the home. The front covered porch along with the second porch feature stone columned beams and a beautiful balance to the front of the home.
