About This Plan

This exciting house plan is a beautiful blend of traditional architectural design styles including Craftsman, Country and Farmhouse. A large covered front porch is highlighted by stone supported beams which enhance the home’s outstanding curb appeal. The use of shakes, siding, window dormers and barn-like garage doors enhance the design of the exterior and makes for an inviting spot to greet family and guests alike. There are approximately 2,500 square feet of living space, a bonus room and an unfinished basement which greatly increases the square footage and value of the home. The expansive foyer sets the tone for the home and is open to the formal dining room with trey ceiling accent.
