This Traditional house plan has a fully functional floor plan with approximately 2,200 square feet of living space. There are four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms highlighted in the two storied home as well as a basement foundation which has the potential to dramatically increase the home’s square footage and versatility. The striking exterior of the home incorporates traditional architectural elements including brick, siding and board and batten. The covered front porch with arched openings leads to the two story foyer which opens onto the formal dining room. The pass-thru to the kitchen contains a butler’s pantry and an oversized, separate walk-in pantry. The gourmet kitchen is an impressive size and features a large center island and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The casual breakfast room is cozy and anchors the kitchen and family room. The family room is quite large and features a handsome fireplace and rear deck access. A two car garage completes the main level of the home.
