About This Plan

This house plan features a combination of Craftsman and traditional exterior elements which blend beautifully to create an exciting exterior façade. There are board and batten, siding, brick and shakes which make up exterior of the home along with a covered front porch. The interior floor plan incorporates approximately 2,700 square feet of living space along with an unfinished basement which bodes well for expansion options. The 9’ ceiling foyer is open to both the formal living and dining rooms. The two story family room sits at the rear of the home and features a handsome fireplace and wall of windows overlooking the rear deck. The gourmet kitchen is open to the family room and casual breakfast room making this a great space to entertain or relax with intimate friends and family. The kitchen is a great use of space with a large center island, separate pantry, double ovens, breakfast bar and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. The breakfast room is cozy with a triple bay window and access to the rear deck. A fourth bedroom is situated on the main level and features ample closet space and a private bath; this is an ideal guest suite. A large family laundry room with sink area, powder room for guests and a two car garage completes the main level of living. There are two additional family bedrooms situated on the second story along with the master suite. The master suite occupies the rear of the second level and includes an oversized master bedroom with double step trey ceiling and there is a gorgeous vaulted sitting room with a triple bay window off the bedroom. The vaulted master bathroom has separate dual vanities, a garden tub, separate shower and a compartmentalized toilet. The enormous master walk-in closet sits at the rear of the bath for privacy and convenience. Bedrooms two and three are spacious and each has a walk-in closet. Separate vanities are featured in the jack and jill bathroom as well as the linen closet. This home has great entertaining and private family spaces and the expansion option adds value and versatility to the interior floor plan.
