About This Plan

This two-story traditional house plan has approximately 2,400 square feet and an additional 392 square foot bonus room. There is an unfinished basement foundation as well which could increase the home’s square footage by another 1,745 square feet. The exterior façade of the home is a classic American style home with a broad front porch, column accents and transom windows surrounding the front door. The main level master suite is both spacious and private with a trey ceiling bedroom and wonderful rear yard window views. The master bath is nicely appointed with double vanities, a separate shower, garden tub, and a compartmentalized toilet area. The oversized walk-in master closet sits at the rear of the space for convenience and privacy. The open concept living spaces include a gorgeous family room which is massive and features a stately fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking the backyard. The casual breakfast room anchors the family room and kitchen while providing access to the rear deck. The gourmet kitchen is highlighted by a cooktop center island, an oversized walk-in pantry and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. A hall pass-thru leads to the formal dining room which is quite spacious with a trey ceiling. The two car garage with side entry also leads into the home’s interior laundry room, powder room, and coat closet. The two-story foyer extends to the open living spaces and second story staircase which has an overlook into the foyer below.
