About This Plan

This charming house design features a traditional exterior which is highlighted by stacked stone beams, board and batten, siding and a covered front porch. There are three bedrooms, two plus bathrooms in this two story home with an additional unfinished basement foundation along with a 36’ width making this house plan ideal for a narrow lot. The main level master suite sits at the rear of the home for privacy and offers a 15’x13’ bedroom with trey ceiling, an oversized walk-in closet and private access to the rear deck. Dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and compartmentalized toilet are highlighted in the spacious master bath. The two story family room has a handsome fireplace and stunning archway into the vaulted sunroom which subsequently leads to the rear deck. This is a great space for entertaining guests or hosting large family events. The gourmet kitchen and breakfast room feature a breakfast bar, separate pantry, desk area and plenty of additional counter and cabinet space. The formal dining room has column detailing and arched openings leading into the two story foyer. A powder room for guests, laundry room and two car garage complete the main level of the home.
