About This Plan

This is a charming traditional house plan ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 22’ width and 60’ depth and yet, the interior floor plan has approximately 1,900 square feet of living space. The plan currently has a slab foundation; however, an unfinished basement foundation or crawl space can be purchased. The exterior façade of the home has brick work, siding, shakes and a front covered porch highlighted with column beams. A two story foyer houses the side staircase and extends into the open concept floor plan. There is a spacious dining room which anchors the kitchen and family room. The family friendly kitchen features a separate pantry and plenty of cabinet and counter space while the two story family room is highlighted by a rear wall fireplace and provides access to the rear covered porch. The main level master suite has a bedroom which measures 13’x15’ and has a trey ceiling. The master bath is spacious with dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub with a view and a compartmentalized toilet. The master walk-in closet sits at the rear of the space for privacy and convenience. There is a one car, rear entry garage, a laundry nook and powder room for guests on the main level as well. Open railing and balcony overlooks into the foyer and family room are highlighted on the second story landing along with a large loft area. This is the ideal space in which to have a playroom, homework station or family lounge. The second bedroom is quite spacious with a walk-in closet and separate vanity in the jack and jill bathroom that is shared with the third bedroom. Bedroom three is spacious as well and includes an additional sitting room and adjacent double closets. This traditional home is a great family home which has a fully functional floor plan which will provide years of comfort for your family.
