This is a home design ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 22’ width and 60’ depth foundation. The interior floor plan has approximately 1,900 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two plus bathrooms. The traditional exterior façade has board and batten, siding and a front covered porch which provide an inviting presence to the home. The two story foyer houses a side staircase to the second story of the home and extends into the formal dining room. An open kitchen features a separate pantry and an abundance of counter and cabinet space. The two story family room is highlighted by a rear wall fireplace and provides accessibility to rear covered porch. The open concept living spaces provides the perfect opportunity for effortless entertaining or hosting family events. The master suite is situated on the main level and features a spacious bedroom with trey ceiling accent and a master bath which is highlighted with dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and a compartmentalized toilet. The oversized master walk-in closet sits at the rear of the bath for privacy and convenience. A powder room for guests, laundry nook and rear entry, one car garage completes the first floor of the home. An open rail staircase and balcony overlook into both the foyer and family room greet you on the second floor landing. Bedroom two measures 13’x15’, has a walk-in closet and a separate vanity while the third bedroom is quite spacious with an additional sitting room and double closets along with a separate vanity leading into the jack and jill bathroom. This is a great family home with a fully functional floor plan and a traditional exterior façade.
