This brick and siding ranch floor plan features 1,732 square feet of living space and an optional 254 square foot bonus room. Along with the bonus room, there is an unfinished basement option which would increase the home’s square footage by an additional 1,732 square feet giving this traditional home a massive amount of square footage and making it a “forever” home. The home’s exterior façade is lovely and the courtyard entrance gives it great curb appeal. The front covered porch with column detailing is an inviting space in which to greet family and friends and extends into the foyer which has a 12’ ceiling.
