About This Plan

This bold and beautiful Traditional house plan features an elegant exterior highlighted with low maintenance brickwork, substantial columned beams, beautiful window views and an extensive front covered porch. Spanning a large portion of the home’s width, while adding balance and symmetry, the porch measures in excess of 37’ x 8’ and its expanded space is suitable for relaxing, entertaining and greeting guests and family members into the home’s interior. There are approximately 3,762 square feet of living space within the home’s interior layout with an open floor plan, four bedrooms and three plus baths. An overhead bonus space with an additional 406 square feet can easily convert into a fifth bedroom, a multi-purpose family room, a home office or a hobby/craft room. Large amounts of attic space are available off the bonus room and beyond the second floor loft as well. A large three car side entry garage houses a single and double bay with plenty of vehicle and storage space. The front two story entrance foyer is spacious and is flanked on either side by the formal dining room and library/study; both rooms are large and offer double window views overlooking the front porch. The two story staircase, powder room and vestibule are found before entering the massive two story great room. The great room features coffered ceilings, a warming fireplace and built-in cabinetry. A rear wall of window views and two sets of French doors overlook and access the huge rear covered porch. There is an adjoining casual breakfast room and grand kitchen off the great room. The dining area is spacious with window views and sliders onto the covered porch making dining al fresco easy and effortless. The kitchen is highlighted with a large center island, a separate pantry and abundant counter and cabinet space. The small hallway off the kitchen leads to storage space, closet space and a large laundry room with a sink area and counter space. The second bedroom is privately tucked into this wing of the home and is ideal as a guest suite with an attached walk-in closet and a private full bath with a shower. The master suite is also located on the main floor of the home opposite the guest suite. There is a generously sized master bedroom with amazing window views and a trey ceiling accent. French doors lead into the master bath where there is a large shower with seating, a spa inspired tub, a private toilet room and dual vanities. The walk-in master closet is situated beyond the bath and features an enclosed space away from the remainder of the suite for privacy and convenience.

The second floor of the home’s interior is highlighted with gorgeous overviews onto the great room and foyer below. There is a loft space for the secondary bedrooms which would be ideal as a playroom for small children or a teen-ager’s lounge for older children. Attic space is featured off the bonus room, loft area and off the third bedroom’s walk-in closet giving this home a generous amount of storage space. Along with the closet, there is a private full bath with a vanity, toilet area and a tub/shower combination; the bedroom itself is spacious and offers double window views. Bedroom four is slightly larger with double window views, ample closet space and private access onto the shared hall bath which contains vanity space, a toilet area and a tub/shower combination. This beautiful Traditional plan features a classic and timeless exterior with an interior floor plan that is large and family friendly.
