About This Plan

This charming Cottage house design is ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 20’ width and 39’ depth dimensions and would be the perfect home for a country or lakefront property. The exterior façade features a double window dormer, siding and a front covered porch with broad column beams and open railing. The two storied home features in excess of 1,130 square feet of living space which incorporates two bedrooms and one and half baths into the floor plan.
