What's Included in these plans?

  • FOUNDATION
    Slab on Grade: Most of these designers plans are designed with a raised slab to reduce heat loss and give owners the best option for radiant floor heating.
    Crawl Space:  Type of foundation can be viewed on each plan's detail page.
    Basement:  Our basement is indicated as lower level floor plan and detailed appropriately.
  • FLOOR PLAN(S)
    Floor plans are drawn at ¼" scale and incorporate 24" module framing for material conservation.
    Exterior walls are drawn as 2' x 6' framing with optional insulation detail provided in our Conservation Guide included with all plans.
  • ROOF PLAN
    House plans include a roof framing and drainage sheet and truss profiles where appropriate.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
    Each house plan includes four sides, elevations as well as any special exterior details.
  • SECTION VIEWS
    Showing interior framing i.e. stairs, structural beams, joists, rafters, truss, and interior elevations.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN

About This Plan

This single story Ranch house plan features an abundance of space designated as passive solar, supreme green and labeled with the Energy Star, the trusted symbol for identifying energy efficient products that offer savings without sacrificing performance, features and comfort. The gorgeous exterior façade is highlighted with amazing architectural design features which include a plethora of glass window vista views, stone beams and beautiful woodwork. There are approximately 2,036 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, two baths and a three car garage which adds an additional 836 square feet of space for vehicle and other paraphernalia storage along with a one bay workshop, if desired. An expansive front covered porch leads to an open solarium accentuated by three arches designating divided living spaces and containing 10’ ceilings. The open concept design features line definitions within the living, dining and kitchen spaces; however, the open area makes for fantastic entertaining and family living space along with providing optimal design areas for maximizing furniture placement. The gourmet kitchen features a desk area, a back wall containing loads of modern amenities, counter and cabinet space and a separate pantry. The pantry is located in the enormous utility room which also features W/D space, additional counter space, a sink area and large closet.
The split bedroom room is highlighted by two family styled bedrooms and a bath on one side of the home. Both bedrooms are spacious and provide ample closet space while the shared hall bath features a vanity, private toilet area and a tub along with an adjacent hall linen closet. The master retreat is a true oasis and luxuriously designed with a large bedroom, an adjoining study or sitting room and private access to the rear patio.
