In excess of 3,160 square feet of living space, this passive solar, supreme green home has an abundance of living space. The home also carries the Energy Star rating, the trusted symbol for energy efficiency which reduces costs and protects the environment through energy-efficient products and practices. A grand covered entrance highlighted with stacked stone presents an inviting and welcoming addition to the home along with the courtyard garage which adds an additional 672 square feet of space. The interior floor plan features three bedrooms and three plus bathrooms and loads of outdoor entertaining and family relaxing space. Entering the home from the covered porch, there is an arched ceiling termination to indirect lighting past the living area. The living room and kitchen both feature 10’ ceiling heights contributing to the spaciousness of the rooms. Both spaces are quite large and the living room is highlighted by a corner fireplace while the gourmet kitchen features an expansive breakfast bar, an oversized walk-in pantry and loads of additional counter and cabinet space. There is a rear breakfast nook enveloped by a triple bay window and accessibility to the outdoor patio deck. The formal dining room is highlighted by coffered ceilings overhead.
