About This Plan

Log timber framing, an exterior stacked stone chimney feature and front covered porch are highlighted elements that grace the façade of this Log house design. Cozy and comfortable interior space includes two bedrooms and two baths in the approximate 1,382 square feet of usable living space. The 1.5 storied home features 38’ and 42’, width and depth dimensions respectively, perfectly designed for a small and/or narrow lot. This Log home is highlighted with an efficient layout and an exterior which focuses on and provides an escape for everyday living whether situated on a mountaintop or tranquil lakefront property lot. The home’s drawings feature a crawl space or basement foundation; the latter, of course, being a cost efficient solution to creating more square footage, versatility and value. Travelling the second story staircase are overlooks onto the main living areas of the home below, skylights overhead and a modest sized loft area. The second floor master suite features a self-contained area for privacy purposes where the spacious bedroom has access to the second story deck area, perfect for reading, relaxing or star gazing. There is a large attached walk-in closet with a large rear attic space for storing seasonal clothing and other storage items. An en suite master bath is highlighted with a vanity space, toilet area, linen closet and a tub/shower combination.
