About This Plan

This French Country villa design is reminiscent of the homes that dot the landscape of Europe with its broad scope of brick and stonework, multiple window and door points and the organic quality of the home. Natural design materials, the sense of airy lightness assigned to the home and a functional floor plan all contribute to the design’s popularity and sustainable livability. The interior floor plan features approximately 3,222 square feet of living space that incorporates three bedrooms and three plus baths in a single floor excluding the enormous wine cellar which is located on the basement floor. Entry into the home is through the front foyer which extends down the central hallway spanning the length of the home and featuring 16’ ceiling heights for a dramatic effect. Directly accessible from the foyer is the circular dining room/study which measures 14’ in diameter and is ensconced in gorgeous window views. There is a two car side loading garage with additional storage space and adjacent access to the interior laundry room for ease of clean-up. The grand kitchen is highlighted with an enormous centrally located island with loads of prep/work space, double sinks and a plethora of cabinet and counter space. French doors lead to the large butler’s pantry and spacious laundry room on the back side of the kitchen wall. Beyond the kitchen is a large living room with a handsome fireplace, built-in cabinetry and access to the rear covered porch. The centrally located hallway also houses a banquette space, a wet bar, the guest powder room and French door access to the master suite and the outdoor space.

There are three bedrooms located on the opposite side of the extended hallway; bedrooms one and two enjoy generous floor space, 10’ ceiling heights, plentiful closet space and window views. There is a hall linen closet for the bedrooms and each one features a private bath with a tub/shower combination and an extended vanity. The master suite’s location is privately accessed through French doors and features a spacious bedroom with wonderful window views, an attached walk-in closet and the en suite bath. The master bath is highlighted with a large center soaking tub, dual vanities and a separate shower. This eclectic and unique home features a functional and versatile floor plan with an attractive exterior.
