About This Plan

This two story traditional English Tudor home is highlighted by stucco and stacked stone exterior with rough-sawn columns. The approximately 4,000 square foot interior has four bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. There is a formal dining room as well as an informal breakfast area featuring a wall of windows. The gourmet kitchen has a center cook top, separate walk-in pantry and an angled bar area open to the family room and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. The 17’x20’ living room offers built-in cabinetry, a fireplace and rear deck access while the vaulted family room with fireplace, wet bar and desk area is situated on the other side of the kitchen/breakfast room area. The study with closet space is accessible through French doors and located off the foyer.
