About This Plan

This two story traditional home offers livable spaces and efficient design features for the modern family. The main level of the home is highlighted by the 14’x14’, trey ceiling sunroom which is accessed through the living and dining room. There is a dramatic see-thru fireplace which separates the living and dining room which is a focal point of the space. The covered front porch leads into the spacious foyer which subsequently leads to either the living room or the kitchen at the rear of the home. The kitchen is large with plenty of cabinet and counter space and the breakfast room offers a triple bay window, separate pantry and access to the rear patio. The laundry room is located in an alcove off the two car garage. Upstairs, you have three bedrooms and a bonus room which could be used as a fourth bedroom. The master suite is quite large with ample closet space and an unusual angled bath. The bath includes dual vanities, a garden tub and a separate shower. Two bedrooms share a hall bath and the bonus room provides flexible living space for an additional bedroom, playroom or office/study. This home is designed with flexible living spaces and options for families of today.
