What's Included in these plans?

Each plan set is drawn at 1/4" = 1' scale and includes the following drawings:
Artist Rendering: An artist's drawing of the home, usually viewed from the front and general construction notes.
Elevations: Shows the front, sides, and rear, including exterior materials, trim sizes, roof pitches, etc.
Main Floor Plan: Shows placement and dimensions of walls, doors & windows. Includes the location of appliances, plumbing fixtures, beams, ceiling heights, etc.
Second Floor Plan (if any) Shows the second floor in the same detail as the main floor. Includes second floor framing and details.
Foundation Plan: Shows the location of all concrete footings, floor beams, first floor framing, and foundation details. If there is a basement, a basement plan is included which shows all basement details.
Roof Framing: Shows roof outlines, conventional framing/trusses, beams, roof framing details, etc. Details specific details such as fireplaces, stairways, decks, etc. Details are drawn at 1/2" = 1' scale and appear as needed throughout the prints.
Section: Shows a cross-section of the home. Shows support members, exterior and interior materials, insulation, and foundation.
Electrical Plan: A schematic layout of all lighting, switches and electrical outlets.

About This Plan

This charming Craftsman house plan is highlighted with classic design features and an interior that offers an open floor plan perfect for family living and entertaining. Double gables, wide eaves and beautiful window views with heavy casements add structure and beauty to the design. There is a front covered porch offering large pillars and substantial tapered beams that features great greeting space for family and friends. The side covered patio is a second outdoor space which could be easily enjoyed for outdoor dining and/or relaxing. The interior floor plan features approximately 1,436 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms and two baths in the 1.5 storied home. The front loading two car garage is spacious and features a rear pedestrian door for the easy removal and return of lawn and sporting equipment. For tidy home maintenance, the utility rooms lies off the garage and features space for the washer and dryer as well as counter space. The front entrance from the porch immediately opens onto the exposed floor plan which offers living space, a dining space and the kitchen.
