About This Plan

This Lakefront house plan features clean lines with gorgeous window awnings and a stacked stone perimeter skirt. Situated over a finished basement, this Exclusive house plan offers tons of entertaining possibilities. The main floor consists of an open floor plan and a efficient mapped out layout. The guest powder room is right off the foyer before leading to the great room which opens to the adjoining common rooms. There is a stately fireplace taking center stage in the great room while an elongated peninsula bar with additional sitting is the star of the kitchen.
