About This Plan

This brick, traditional ranch style home is classic in design and is highlighted by wood shingles in the gable ends. The entrance to the home is dramatic with an 11’ high ceiling and is open to both the dining and family room which include columns, plant shelves, a serving bar, a back wall fireplace and high ceilings as well. The great room also has access to the oversized rear deck and yard. The kitchen and breakfast area are well appointed and includes an abundance of amenities found in larger, more expensive homes. These include a desk area, separate pantry, a breakfast bar area and a triple window to allow for plenty of sunshine. The master suite is simply luxurious and contains a large bedroom with trey ceiling and additional sitting room, an oversized walk-in closet and master bath.
