The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only. All other copyrights are retained by the designer.
Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only. Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included. On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.

About This Plan

Symmetry and balance are highlighted along the exterior of this fascinating Cabin house plan. The rustic exterior is composed of triple window dormers, simple gabled rooflines and the front covered porch spans the width of the home. The front porch is a beautiful assembly of tapered stacked stone supporting wood beams, open railing and there are a lavish number of window insets bordering the front of the home that blur the lines between the exterior and interior spaces. The interior floor plan is comprised of approximately 1,210 square feet of living space on two floors that includes two bedrooms and two plus baths. Additionally, there is a detached two car garage with 624 square feet of space; plenty of room for vehicles and other storage items. The expansive front covered porch measures 38’x8’ allowing for generous entertaining and family relaxing space before entering the home.
