About This Plan

Cedar shakes, board and batten along with stacked stone are rustic elements designed for this Mountain house plan. The combination and juxtaposition of these architectural design features create a warm and inviting exterior façade that beckons to family and friends alike. A covered front porch highlighted with tapered stack stone supporting columned beams further enhances the architectural style and warmth of the home. An exciting and easily navigable interior floor plan focuses on wide open living spaces and plenty of private family space that includes 1,900 square feet of usable living space consisting of three bedrooms and two baths. The greeting foyer houses the second story staircase and extends into the oversized great room that features a handsome fireplace and rear access to the deck.
