The purchase of these plans authorizes the Purchaser to build the home one time only. All other copyrights are retained by the designer.
Room dimensions shown in marketing materials have been rounded and may differ slightly from the construction documents for the same house.
Primary square footage notations refer to heated areas only. Non-conditioned spaces such as garages and porches are listed separately.
Plumbing, electrical, or structural engineering plans are not included. On occasions where these are needed, these should be obtained from a local professional to insure area specific requirements have been met.
This plan is designed based on typical standard building codes in general effect when the plans were prepared. Building codes and code enforcement can vary widely from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. About This Plan
