About This Plan

This Craftsman lodge inspired house plan features a rustic exterior design complemented with cedar shakes, decorative gables and a large outdoor entertaining area with a warming fireplace. There is an adjoining covered deck as well making entertaining enjoyable and effortless. A covered porch is featured on the front exterior which is quite large and allows for greeting family and friends in comfort. The two car garage is accessed from the breezeway and features good vehicle and storage space. The interior floor plan offers approximately 3,229 square feet of living space that includes three bedrooms and three plus baths with 9’ ceiling heights on the main floor and 8’ ceiling heights on the second floor. Entering the home from the front covered porch leads to the open layout floor plan. There is a large living and dining space which features double fireplaces on each end of the rooms for a warm, cozy space. Four entry/exit points from either the living or dining room onto the outdoor space opens and brightens the indoor/outdoor space nicely. The grand kitchen features a large space with a separate pantry and plenty of counter/cabinet space. The main level hallway offers a guest powder room and the family laundry room before accessing the master suite. The master suite is highlighted with generous floor space and French doors from the bedroom lead to the private outdoor deck. There is a double sided fireplace situated between the bedroom and master bath; the bathroom features dual vanities, a large shower, a soaking tub and a compartmentalized toilet area. The master walk-in closet lies beyond the bathroom for privacy and convenience.
