About This Plan

This Florida house plan is the perfect combination of excellent outdoor space and open concept interior floor plan. The exterior façade features a series of multiple board and batten gables, beautiful window views and an elegant front entrance with double door entry. There are four bedrooms and three baths in the approximate 2,522 square feet of usable living space. The rear covered lanai is highlighted with a summer kitchen, expansive entertaining space and a pool concept for future consideration and planning. The front courtyard entrance accesses the home through double doors into the home’s interior foyer where an open floor plan is revealed. There is a formal dining room with trey ceiling accent and an expansive great room that is centrally located and provides views and access to the rear lanai for an extension of indoor/outdoor entertaining space. The gourmet kitchen features a huge wraparound breakfast bar and a rear wall of modern amenities for ease of meal preparation.
