About This Plan

The primary façade of this Craftsman house design creates a beautiful exterior with its use of cedar shakes tucked into the gables, tapered beams and bold exterior design materials. Exposed rafters, wide decorative eaves, and wood columns complete the front exterior composition that is particularly suitable for Craftsman and Bungalow homes. The home would make an outstanding vacation home or forever home for a small family, empty nesters or young professionals. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in approximately 1,229 square feet of living space and the width and depth dimensions are ideal for a small or narrow lot. Distinctive wide open spaces occupy the main living areas which are conducive to entertaining and family relaxing.
