About This Plan

Exterior accents create timeless appeal in this Tudor styled house plan. Arched openings, decorative gable inserts and a second story balcony accentuate the beautifully crafted “storybook” exterior façade. This delightfully tranquil setting encapsulates and models the ambiance and charm of the interior floor plan where approximately 2,200 square feet of space is highlighted. There are three bedrooms and two plus baths included in the house design along with an accompanying basement foundation which vastly adds to the versatility and value of the home.
