FLOOR PLANS

About This Plan

This Country house plan has a patio spanning the back exterior of the home with three access points and a multitude of window views resulting in a light filled home. The front exterior is inviting and features double window dormers and a covered porch where relaxing and greeting family and neighbors is enjoyable. This single level Ranch home consists of four bedrooms and two plus baths in approximately 2,500 square feet of living space and a three car garage has plenty of storage for a large and active family. The grand sized great room features a 12’ volume ceiling with center fireplace and built-in shelving. There is French door access to the patio which is highlighted with sidelights and transom windows and a casual breakfast nook is situated in a large bay window with additional patio access.
