About This Plan

This Contemporary styled home is highlighted by a mid-century inspired focal window feature and an elegant brick exterior. The A-framed focal window features extensive glass inserts and blends beautifully with the brickwork and front covered porch entrance while the elongated front brick wall add visual interest and charm to the home. There are approximately 1,321 square feet of living space in the home’s interior which incorporates three bedrooms and two baths into the space. The home’s drawings include a basement foundation which mirror the first floor’s interior space and would substantially add value and versatility to the home. The entrance foyer is flanked on either side by the formal dining and living room and houses a coat closet as well.
