About This Plan

Four bedrooms and two plus bathrooms are featured in this Ranch styled house plan. There are approximately 1,118 square feet of living space on the main level of the home and an additional 764 square feet in the walk-out basement level. A two car, front loading garage adds another 371 square feet of vehicle and other gear storage space. The exterior façade is highlighted by Cottage features including a front covered porch with open railing and columned beams along with siding and brick accents. There is a greeting foyer that houses a coat closet before opening onto the vaulted great room which is highlighted by a handsome fireplace and a sunken atrium window wall with double skylights that brighten the space. The dining room and kitchen both features vaulted ceilings and the dining space features rear deck access. The gourmet kitchen is highlighted by an open breakfast bar, a separate pantry and an abundance of additional counter and cabinet space. This combination open concept living space is dramatic, sun drenched and offers spacious rooms in which to entertain guests and relax as a family.
