About This Plan

This Country house design has loads of functional outdoor space and a comfortable interior floor plan. The two storied home contains three bedrooms and one and half baths in approximately 1,154 square feet of living space. The drawings include a slab and crawl space foundation and the home is ideally suited for a narrow lot with its 24’width and 30’ depth dimensions. The exterior of the home features a large Country front porch along with a side and rear porch, great window features and a simple gabled roof. The front porch leads to an expansive living and dining space which measures in excess of 23’x12’ and provides great entertaining and relaxing space. There is a U-shaped kitchen with an abundance of counter and cabinet space along with the laundry nook. Bedroom one is situated on the main floor and features a spacious footprint with a walk-in closet and an adjacent full bath complete with vanity, a toilet area and shower/tub combination.
The side porch also provides entrance onto the second story staircase which leads to two family style bedrooms and a shared half bath. Both bedrooms are of equal size and feature plenty of closet space and commanding window views. This is a beautiful house plan perfect for a small family or vacation home and would be “at home” in a tranquil lakefront setting or mountain view property.
