Elevations
Drafted at ¼" scale for the front and 1/8" scale for the rear and sides. All exterior elevations are shown.
Foundations
Drafted at ¼" - 1' scale. This plan is designed as a slab foundation. Optional basement or crawl space foundations are available. Basement foundations may require additional engineering for steel beam sizes.
Main Level Floor Plan
Drafted at ¼" scale. 2" x 4" walls are standard. The detailed drawings include such things as window and door sizes, electrical, floor joist span direction, dimensions and notes as required for construction.

About This Plan

This beautiful Craftsman one story house design features double gables, wide eaves and an overhead window dormer on the exterior. The front covered porch is highlighted with 9’ ceiling heights, open railing and columned beams for an inviting façade. The interior layout houses three bedrooms, two baths and an open floor plan in approximately 1,570 square feet of living space. This efficient house plan is compact; however, there is very little wasted space within the interior making the home cozy and comfortable. The two car garage is a front loader and offers good vehicle space with a storage room and separate mechanical room at the rear of the space. There is an entry/exit point into the home’s interior off the garage where the nearby laundry room is located. The open floor plan is revealed once you enter the home front entrance where you will find a large living room with a warming fireplace and a gorgeous three piece window set overlooking the front covered porch.
