What's Included in these plans?

  • FOUNDATION
    Slab on Grade: Most of these designers plans are designed with a raised slab to reduce heat loss and give owners the best option for radiant floor heating.
    Crawl Space:  Type of foundation can be viewed on each plan's detail page.
    Basement:  Our basement is indicated as lower level floor plan and detailed appropriately.
  • FLOOR PLAN(S)
    Floor plans are drawn at ¼" scale and incorporate 24" module framing for material conservation.
    Exterior walls are drawn as 2' x 6' framing with optional insulation detail provided in our Conservation Guide included with all plans.
  • ROOF PLAN
    House plans include a roof framing and drainage sheet and truss profiles where appropriate.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
    Each house plan includes four sides, elevations as well as any special exterior details.
  • SECTION VIEWS
    Showing interior framing i.e. stairs, structural beams, joists, rafters, truss, and interior elevations.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN
    In general, each house plan set includes an electrical plan showing lights, fans, switches, special receptacles, and mechanical equipment locations.

About This Plan

This attractive Ranch house design is energy conscious and purposely efficient. The Supreme Green and Energy Star rating are assigned to this home in connection with reduced costs and environmentally superior home design which allows the homeowner substantial savings without sacrificing performance comfort or features. The one story home features approximately 1,520 square feet of living space which incorporates three bedrooms and two bathrooms into the space. There is a two car garage which provides an additional 713 square feet and there is a large area built into the overhead truss designed for storage space. The home is built on a slab and features radiant heated floors and the efficient floor plan allows for an absence of hallways increasing the “living space” without sacrificing design space. An abundance of outdoor space is highlighted by a front covered porch and rear covered patio in addition to open patio space which wraps around the guest suite and home office.
The foyer leads into the open concept floor plan which features a plethora of living, dining and entertaining space. Ten foot ceilings give the space an open and airy feeling and the room’s size captures the essence of the home; the living and dining space measures 24’x19’ and there is a triple window wall with seating at the rear of the space. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, separate pantry and an abundance of counter and cabinet space. The master suite enjoys a large footprint with a spacious bedroom and private access to the covered patio and hot tub. A linen closet and walk-in master closet line the space into the master bath. The master bath features dual vanities, a shower and a compartmentalized toilet. The split bedroom plan features two additional bedrooms on the other side of the home. There is a guest or family bedroom with ample closet space and private access to the full bath. A third bedroom is designated as a home office with ample closet space and private access to the patio.
