What's Included in these plans?

  • FOUNDATION
    Slab on Grade: Most of these designers plans are designed with a raised slab to reduce heat loss and give owners the best option for radiant floor heating.
    Crawl Space:  Type of foundation can be viewed on each plan's detail page.
    Basement:  Our basement is indicated as lower level floor plan and detailed appropriately.
  • FLOOR PLAN(S)
    Floor plans are drawn at ¼" scale and incorporate 24" module framing for material conservation.
    Exterior walls are drawn as 2' x 6' framing with optional insulation detail provided in our Conservation Guide included with all plans.
  • ROOF PLAN
    House plans include a roof framing and drainage sheet and truss profiles where appropriate.
  • EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
    Each house plan includes four sides, elevations as well as any special exterior details.
  • SECTION VIEWS
    Showing interior framing i.e. stairs, structural beams, joists, rafters, truss, and interior elevations.
  • ELECTRICAL PLAN
    In general, each house plan set includes an electrical plan showing lights, fans, switches, special receptacles, and mechanical equipment locations.

    Includes energy recovery ventilation design (optional air-to-air heat exchanger).  Where applicable: radiant floor heating layout, solar air distribution system, night flush economizer system, and location of mechanical appliances.

About This Plan

At almost 2,500 square feet of living space, this passive solar, supreme green home has an abundance of living space. The home also carries the Energy Star rating, the trusted symbol for energy efficiency which reduces costs and protects the environment through energy-efficient products and practices; whereby, the homeowner is able to reduce energy costs without sacrificing performance, features or comfort. The exterior façade is bold and features outstanding architectural detailing which blends beautifully on any property; however, this home was designed to conform to a sloped lot. The combination garage spaces consist of a garage for a truck with camper on the lowest level and a side entry garage 7’ higher at level three. Entrance into the home is at level two where there is a covered porch and yard gardening area. Upon entering the home, there is direct access to the expansive foyer and enormous office area. There is a guest room, utility room and a full bath on this level as well. The guest bedroom features a large space with a walk-in closet and the adjacent full bath.
