About This Plan

This Rustic Mountain house plan beautifully blends indoor and outdoor space for the perfect retreat whether it is positioned atop a mountain property lot or located along a serene lakefront lot. The exterior features cedar shakes, multiple gables and two huge attached outdoor spaces for relaxing, dining al fresco or enjoying nature. There are approximately 1,560 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms and two baths in the 1.5 storied home. The home’s drawings are designed for expansion space as well and offers slab, crawl space or basement foundation options. The large open concept layout is revealed once the home is entered through the front entrance; there is a dining space, a grand kitchen with a large center breakfast bar, an optional pantry and access to the huge grilling/covered side porch.
