About This Plan

This cozy Bungalow plan features a charming exterior and an interior floor plan that is efficient and functional. The beautifully designed façade is highlighted with amazing details that include board and batten, warm wood shutters and an overhead dormer shed. The front covered porch extends the beauty of the exterior with lovely window views and overhead transom windows along the front wall, sturdy columned beams and a brick skirt which wraps around the perimeter of the home. Approximately 1,086 square feet of living space is found within the home’s interior to include three bedrooms and two plus baths. This plan design is perfect for a narrow and/or small property lot with its respective width and depth dimensions of 36’ and 46’. Nine foot ceiling heights dominate the interior of the home adding a spacious and open quality to the home’s interior. The front covered porch includes a walk-up staircase and plenty of greeting space for family and friends. Once inside the home, the open floor plan is revealed and offers the perfect space to entertain and relax.
