About This Plan

This narrow lot home features a width of 32’ and a depth of 34’ with approximately 1,110 square feet of usable living space that incorporates two bedrooms and two baths into the floor plan. The exterior façade of the home is characterized with traditional seaside home design features that enhance the casual “vibe” of oceanfront living. The 1.5 storied home is highlighted with an expansive covered porch, open railing, a multitude of wooden beams, a gorgeous window gable and overhead cupola. This traditional styling provides a rich color contrast and specialized architectural features that are found in seaside coastal resorts and beachside living. Approximately 1,100 square feet of interior living space is featured in the home and the piling foundation adds character and practical application to the home’s exterior. The bottom third of the home features floor to ceiling shutter elements; perfect for conventional beach equipment items such as kayaks, jet skis and surfboards to be stored.
