About This Plan

Rapidly growing in popularity, this Modern Farmhouse plan invites you to live in a well-designed symmetrical home. Its classic and charming details include the 10-foot high front porch, spacious enough for greeting guests or enjoying long conversations with neighbors. The remainder of the exterior details a vast number of tall windows aligning the entire home. The rear porch offers the perfect gathering place to entertain family and friends. The two-car carport is a side-entry toward the rear of the home and includes a storage bay for lawn equipment or a workshop.

The centrally located front entry features French doors leading to the foyer with a decorative ceiling, coat closet, and dining room with built-in shelving. Journeying ahead to the great room, take note of the warming gas log fireplace, built-in shelving, access to the rear porch, and exposed beam ceiling. Past the decorative beam entry, the kitchen features a large island providing seating for casual meals, plenty of countertop space for food prepping and storage, and a walk-in pantry. Split bedrooms grant plenty of privacy to the owner's suite, which is located around the corner of the kitchen along with the laundry room and mudroom. This relaxing retreat features a 10-foot tray ceiling, a 4-fixture bathroom, and a well-organized walk-in closet. There are three bedrooms on the opposite side of the home, with bedrooms #2 and #3 sharing a full bathroom with a tub/ shower combination. Just beyond the pocket office, is bedroom #4 which works well as a guest bedroom since it enjoys a little more privacy with its own en suite and walk-in closet. An overhead bonus room features a full bathroom, closet, and sloped ceiling. This space is a perfect getaway when you need time alone or when you have additional guests over. The well-thought-out floor plan in this Modern Farmhouse is designed for today's modern family with four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
