About This Plan

This beautiful Log Cabin house plan features three floors of well laid-out room assignments with the choice of the basement foundation. An alternate feature would be the choice of a slab foundation both of which are options when purchasing and designing the home. There are approximately 2,057 square feet of living space which includes the basement level with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home’s width and depth dimensions make this home an ideal selection for a narrow and/or small lot which are 32’ plus and 40’ plus respectively. The exterior façade of the home is highlighted with beautiful stonework, wood hewn log beams, plenty of outdoor space and a nice assortment of beautiful window views. The terrace level of the home features an oversized family room with French door access onto the covered patio for a nice space to relax and read and there is an open wet bar located directly off the family room. There is a laundry nook on this floor and a full hall bath with vanity, toilet area and a tub/shower combination. Two bedrooms are located on this floor; while compact in size, they have plenty of closet space and window wells. There is also interior storage between the two bedrooms and a combination of bunk beds, single beds or perhaps a double bed in either of the two bedrooms would offer a varied set up of sleeping options.

The main living floor features amazing entertaining and dining space along with access to phenomenal outdoor space. A large living room, measuring in excess of 25’ x 14’, features a warming fireplace and French door access onto the oversized deck. The deck is deeply set and widely proportioned and wraps around to the main entrance of the home. The dining room is situated between the living room and kitchen; although small, there is enough space for a long farmhouse table. The grand kitchen features a wraparound breakfast bar with additional seating and excellent counter space; a separate pantry is nearby and there are double window sink views as well. A guest powder room sits directly across from the large closet which could be converted into the main floor’s utility room if the basement level is not incorporated into the home’s plans. The third floor of the interior is wholly devoted to the master suite and the privacy and comfort of the homeowners. An enormous loft is situated at the front of the space and overlooks the main living floor. This would be great space for an adult lounging area, reading room or private tv/media room. French door access into the master suite reveals a large bedroom with a second set of French doors leading to the private deck; morning coffee, evening drinks and relaxing space is only a few steps away. The master bath features double sinks, a toilet area and a large soaking tub while the master closet provides plentiful space for clothing. This house plan has a lot going for it and is a nature lover’s dream with its spacious floor plan, amazing outdoor space and log cabin exterior.
