About This Plan

This elegant stucco home provides luxurious design elements in over 3,000 square feet. The spacious foyer anchors the formal living and dining room situated on either side of the foyer. The 22’x13’ family room offers vaulted ceilings, wet bar area, rear wall fireplace and French door access to the rear deck. Additionally, there is an overhead plant bridge spanning the space between the family room and breakfast area. The breakfast area is large with rear deck views and opens to the kitchen which includes a center island, separate pantry and a plethora of additional counter and cabinet space. An oversized fourth bedroom is located on the main level and includes ample closet space and a private full bath.
