About This Plan

This traditional ranch is highlighted with exterior stucco and stacked stone accents and the two car, side entry garage along with outside dimensions of 55’ width by 70’ depth make it ideal for a corner lot. The covered front porch is aesthetically pleasing and opens onto the spacious vaulted living/dining area with double French door access to the outdoor spa area. The less formal family room has a gas fireplace and is open to the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen is large with a center island, a plethora of counter and cabinet space and is adjacent to the breakfast area which leads to the outdoor spa. The master suite has a vaulted bedroom and, again, provides access to the spa area, his and her walk-in closets and a master bath which offers dual vanities, a separate shower, garden tub and compartmentalized toilet. The split bedroom plan includes three additional bedrooms, each with ample closet space and a shared hall bath which includes dual vanities and access to the spa area.
