About This Plan

This attractive 2,020 sq.ft. Mediterranean ranch design, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, is loaded with luxurious features. Vaulted ceilings are featured in the formal living and dining areas as well as the master bedroom. The 18'x14' family room has a fireplace, an entertainment center, and a trey ceiling. A see-through fireplace is one of the highlights of the master bedroom which has access to a large lanai. (The lanai is also accessible from bedroom #2.)
