About This Plan

A beautiful traditional home with over 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms and 3 ½ baths is available in this house plan. A front covered porch and two decks anchor the downstairs living spaces and includes the master suite. The master bedroom includes his and her walk-in closets and situated at the opposite end are French doors leading to the deck. The master bath offers dual vanities, a corner fireplace, garden tub, separate shower and a compartmentalized toilet. The common areas include a beautifully appointed and large dining room, vaulted great room with rear wall fireplace and rear deck access.
