About This Plan

This traditional brick ranch features vaulted ceilings throughout the home and a split bedroom plan. The floor plan is in excess of 2000 square feet with an abundance of windows which allows for a bright and airy home. The spacious foyer opens onto both the formal living room and dining room. The dining room has a trey ceiling and is adjacent to the kitchen while the formal living room has a trey ceiling and bay window and is accessed by French doors. The 16’x20’ family room is vaulted, contains a fireplace and the rear deck/patio is accessed through French doors. The corridor kitchen offers an abundance of counter and cabinet space, a separate pantry and opens onto the breakfast room which is highlighted by a wall of windows. The split bedroom plan contains two bedrooms with ample closet space and a shared hall bath on one side of the home while the master suite is located on the opposite side for privacy. The master bedroom is large with a cathedral ceiling, a bumped out window area and his and her walk-in closets leading to the master bath. The master bath features dual vanities, a separate shower and a garden tub with an overhead skylight. A large utility room and two car, side entry garage complete the house plan.
