About This Plan

This lovely European ranch plan is designed for maximum utilization of space. With an exterior of stucco, this traditional plan features many appointments found in larger custom homes. This house plan features the split bedroom plan with two bedrooms, generous closets and a shared hall bath on one side of the home while the master suite is located on the opposite side of the home for privacy.
