About This Plan

Perfection comes to mind when viewing this outstanding Cottage home design. A striking exterior façade is evidenced by its bold use of natural design elements including stacked stone, timber trusses, board and batten and double front covered porches. There is an excess of 3,500 square feet of living space on the two main levels of the home and the terrace level of the home features an additional 2,884 square feet. This expansive home features four bedrooms, five plus bathrooms, and a two car garage. Double door entry into the home through the foyer highlights the open concept design.
